Christ in you the hope of GLORY!

Christian life is not complicated!

We do not have Decisions to make only instructions to obey! It's that simple!

This passage in the Scripture encourages us to learn how to live our Christian lives and how God blessings are sent our way!

Colossians 3:12-17

King James Version (KJV)
12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Here is the link to read the entire chapter of this book:

HEAR me out, see how amazing this is!

23 "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ."

What a blessed life we can live in Christ, I pray to God that not any soul will waste their life not living a glorious, victorious life in Jesus and through Jesus!

Praise be the Lord!

By Grace Through Faith

Today I was reading a friend's article title "Will I burn in hell?"

There we some comment there and someone express their doubts that hell exist;

That reminded me of this text  read today: Ephesians 2:1-10 (KJV)

"Unfortunately, hell exist and some people will burn in hell.
The only way to avoid hell is to receive Jesus Christ as your Saviour and ask for forgiveness , read the Bible and follow the teaching;
John 3:16-17 King James Version (KJV)
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
This Bible passage Ephesians 2:1-10 King James Version (KJV) makes it clear in verses 8 and 9
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast."

How wonderful is to have the knowledge of God's word and the assurance is once more express in verses 5,6

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Be blessed my friends and live richly your life in Christ! "It's not complicated!"

Bless the Lord, O My Soul!

What a wonderful God we have, yes He is my Lord and yes I love my latest experiences with Him in my life; oh, if you only knew how powerful He is and YES  - He healed me and YES He listens and responds to my prayers!

He will answer your prayers too if you believe and let Him work His miracles in your life! Just believe Him , ask with thanks and you will receive!

This Psalm is a wonderful inspired song! Don't you feel the power, don't you have the desire to praise the Lord in your life for all He does for you?

Psalm 103: 17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

EVERLASTING is so much more meaningful then forever

ev·er·last·ing

  [ev-er-las-ting, -lah-sting]  Show IPA
adjective
1.
lasting forever; eternal: everlasting future life.

Psalm 103

King James Version (KJV)
Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

YES - He healeth all my diseases - when you declare death to all diseases with God's authority, they will leave your body and tremble before God's word!

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

This is getting better already!

The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
19 The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21 Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
22 Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.

Be blessed!

Life with Lynnie: Not Consumed!

What a great post - stay positive my friends! Read on!

"We are living in Satan's domain.  He rules the world we live in.  And, he loves to attack those who belong to Jesus.  Until our Lord returns, there will never be any change.

Something else came to mind.  God never changes, either.  He told us He is the same yesterday, today and forever.  He will never change."

 Life with Lynnie: Not Consumed!: As I wrote in yesterday's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, before I went to sleep Tuesday night, I prayed.  Just as I always do.  But, wit...

The Prayer of Faith

Where can you go when in need? Who will be listening to you and have all the answers for you; God has the right answer, and the best answer for you!

Take the text listed here as the best guide to follow and realize that God already planned your life, He know better what is for you to have happening in your every day activity.

Build that relationship with the God that IS and it will always BE!

As I am experiencing some challenges today, All I have to do is praise the Lord for this very few verse I read - few but powerful.

If I were to call someone on the phone, I don't think I could've had better answer and encouragement.

James 5:13-16

King James Version (KJV)
13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

The fellowship

The fellowship you build with your christian friends is the most important relationship after your relationship with God!

Just remembering of my conversation on Skype today with some friends from oversees. we were mentioning how our childhood relationship came to a stand still when we departed from our country of origin; meeting after 20 some years our conversation went smooth and we felt like last time we met was just days before.

This was a well spend time; now, later in the day I read a devotional and, believe me, God has all lined up for us, for our lives, for our daily encouragement - it's like refueling!  Great experiences every day, affirmation and confirmation from God all around us coming from friends or the word we read every day or that sermon on Sunday morning!

So, the text on  my devotional I was reading today could've not been any better message that to confirm God's love for us (for me personally)

Matthew 7:7-12 the title is Ask, and it shall be given you.

Matthew 7:7-12

King James Version (KJV)
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?
10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?
11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

What a wonderful God we have!

Lead me on the Rock!...

Guest writer

Your Certainty
David was a shepherd. He knew what he had to do to lead his sheep to safe pasture, to have water for them, and to protect them from predators. But when it came to his own safety and protection, he did not rely upon himself. He prayed to God to hear his cry and answer his prayer…to lead him to the “rock that is higher than I.”
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Psalm 61:2
He needed divine intervention because his own resources were inadequate and insufficient. And so are yours, dear friend. It matters not what your situation is. You need David’s “rock”…God, who is above all things. He never changes. He provides shelter from the storms of life. He is a strong tower of protection. He is the giver of your salvation (Psalm 61:1-5). If you know Him, you will have hope. He will be your fortress, your refuge. Be confident in Him and you will not be shaken (Psalm 62:2).

Have certainty today that when you call upon the Lord, He will answer in an amazing way (Jeremiah 33:3). Put the needs of this country and the concerns of your life in His hands. Then give Him praise for what He will do.

Welcome 2013!

Happy New Year to you!

Welcome 2013!
I must love every day of you and enjoy everything you have to offer!

I will be happy and blessed to know that God continuously guides me and loves me unconditionally!

I declare God's Authority over my life and my family's life and declare defeat to the devil! (no room in my life for him)

Praise to be to the Lord that I received in my life as my Saviour and the only one that promised me Everlasting Life!

Thanksgiving and Prayer

Ephesians 1:11-23
King James Version (KJV)
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,
16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

This goes along with my previous post, some good reading

Do NOT be afraid of numbers, they have a very defined meaning, however, 2013 should be a good year for you!
